How do you turn off the auto focus on a sony cybershot for recording video?
i have a cybershot dsc-w7 and whenever i try to record video the auto focus goes wild constantly focusing in and out. Is there any way to turn that off or to lock the focus?
Well I don't have your style cybershot but I do have one with recording festures. It's odd that it even tries to refocus because normally you can't zoom or unzoom when focusing. I guess you could try getting a tripos to set it up on and not moving it, other than that, it could be just the camera. Good luck though.
